• SurfBuds network is not liable or responsible for loss of or damage to any property or death or injury to any person during your stay or during your transportation to and from the surf camp.
• SurfBuds network is not responsible for poor weather, lack of surf or your personal outcome of surf lessons and surf sessions.
• SurfBuds network is not liable for additional expenses or any claim whatsoever due to these kinds of changes.
• SurfBuds network shall in no way be liable to you in the event that the surf camp is not suitable for your purpose, no matter what that purpose is.

Making a booking

By choosing SurfBuds network you agree to pay a deposit of 20% of the total value of your booking. Upon arrival at the surf camp you are responsible for paying the remaining 80% of the total value of your booking.

You may cancel your booking up to 15 days before arrival and get your deposition but not the flat service charge back. If you cancel your booking less than 15 days in advance or if you donft show up, you can not claim you deposit back. Your non-arrival by the agreed date will result in the cancellation of your entire reservation. SurfBuds network does not accept responsibility for cancellations by you or by the surf camp regardless of the circumstances in which the cancellation is made. SurfBuds network recommends that you check and confirm the terms and conditions that apply to your upcoming stay prior to booking.

Acceptance of booking conditions

By accepting these booking conditions you confirm that you are of sufficient legal age to use this web site and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of this web site. You also agree to indemnify and hold SurfBuds.net harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the web site. SurfBuds.net's failure to enforce at any time or for any period any one or more of these terms shall not be a waiver of them or the rights attaching to any of them.
